1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Coryntix, an AI-powered website analysis platform. By using Coryntix, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Coryntix analyzes websites and generates SEO, UX, and content reports using a combination of algorithmic analysis and AI (Anthropic's Claude). Results are indicative and Coryntix does not guarantee specific performance improvements.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
4. Plans & Billing
- Free: 3 analyses/month, no commitment
- Pro ($29/month): 50 analyses/month, full AI report, monitoring
- Agency ($99/month): unlimited analyses, API access (coming soon), priority support
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access remains active until end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Coryntix to:
- Analyze websites without authorization from their owners
- Automate requests beyond your plan's limits
- Circumvent rate limits or security mechanisms
- Resell access to the service without prior agreement
- Engage in any illegal activity
6. Intellectual Property
Coryntix (code, design, brand, algorithms) is our exclusive property. Reports generated from your analyses belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coryntix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Wyoming, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
